Why Change … Everything is OK … isn’t it?

The biggest question I face from clients on a day to day basis is not knowing why they need to change … why should they change when it all seems to be working OK.  The thing is that the world around you, the competition, is evolving and if you don’t move with the times then the competition will literally wipe you out.
